The New York Times Company Payroll Investment Plan is designed to let you save additional money for retirement on an after-tax basis. You can participate in this plan as well as any other retirement plan for which you are eligible.

Steps to take
To take advantage of this plan, you will need to:

• Enroll in the plan.
• Choose your contribution rate.
• Select your investment options.
• Name your beneficiary .
